RECEIPT OF A PRODUCT DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE PURCHASED OR DAMAGED
Upon delivery by the Post Office: If you receive a product different from your order, broken, or deteriorated, refuse delivery and contact us by Phone: (51) 30652685 / via WhatsApp: (51) 9 8110-0914 or via email comercial@patriciamaranhao.com.br
Note: If you identify the problem after receipt, notify us immediately, in the same way as above.
REFUND
Send photos of the product and defect to comercial@patriciamaranhao.com.br or WhatsApp (51) 9 8110-0914. After the supplier's evaluation, we will contact you, offering the following options:
a) accept a new shipment of the same product within 5 business days
b) use the purchase amount as credit for a new order and acquisition of other products, with a new delivery period.
c) request cancellation of the purchase and a refund of the amount paid.
*If the returned product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced by another item of the same value.
PURCHASE CANCELLATION
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, for purchases made outside a commercial establishment, the consumer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days to cancel the purchase and communicate the withdrawal to the supplier.
In case of cancellation, you can request the return of the product. The request must be made within 07 (seven) calendar days after product delivery. It must be made via Phone: (51) 9 8110-0914 via WhatsApp or via email comercial@patriciamaranhao.com.br
The return will be made via Reverse Logistics, at no cost to the customer. The order's Invoice must be attached to the Post Office packaging.
The merchandise must be returned to the supplier in its original packaging (internal/external where applicable), unused, and with the accompanying manual/accessories.
If the above requirements are not met, Patrícia Maranhão will not be obliged to accept the purchase cancellation. In this case, the product will be returned to the delivery address, accompanied by a report on the problem found, without restitution of values, and the entire return process will be canceled.
The right of cancellation leads to the cancellation of the purchase, and just as the consumer receives a refund of the amounts paid, the supplier must receive the product intact, in conditions to be resold, with no signs of use or damage to the product, its components, or its packaging (if any) being permitted.
Products can be returned for free, regardless of the reason.
There are only a few specific products that cannot be returned. In this case, you can agree on a solution with the seller, initiating a complaint if necessary.

The period begins from the product delivery date.
If you don't want the product or if it's different from what you ordered:
- It must not be cracked, scratched, or have other signs of misuse.
- It must have all original accessories and manuals in good condition.
- The product box must be intact and without tears.
If the product has a problem or is incomplete:
- When returned and checked, it must be in the same condition described in the complaint.
Other products
You have 7 calendar days to return them, counting from the date of receipt.
If you don't want the product or if it's different from what you ordered:
- It must be free of signs of misuse and as you received it.
- It must have its accessories, manuals, and labels.
If the product has a problem or is incomplete:
- When returned and checked, it must be in the same condition described in the complaint.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will issue the refund 3 business days after the product arrives, as soon as we verify that it complies with the return policies. Once we issue the refund, you will be able to see all the details about the amount, location, and credit date in an email with instructions.

WHERE WILL THE MONEY BE REFUNDED?
The money is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
