In Brazil: credit card (up to 12 installments), Pix, and bank slip via Pagar.me. International: PayPal and international credit cards.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after purchase.

 

My order arrived incorrectly. What should I do?

Yes. We exclusively use wood from certified sources.

How long does delivery take?

São Paulo city: 2-4 business days. Other regions: 3-15 business days.
