What payment methods are accepted?

For purchases in Brazil, we accept Pix, bank slips, and credit cards in up to 5 installments (processed securely via Pagar.me).

For international purchases, we accept PayPal and international credit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. As our dispatch process is fast, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours after purchase confirmation.

My order arrived incorrectly. What should I do?

If any unforeseen issue occurs with your item, please email comercial@patriciamaranhao.com immediately, informing the order number and attaching photos of the received product so that our team can resolve the issue promptly.

Are the bags made of genuine leather?
Yes. Our fashion line is developed with premium genuine leather, sourced from highly trusted and quality Brazilian tanneries.

Do you develop custom projects or pieces?

DELIVERIES

What is the delivery time?

Transit time varies according to the region and the chosen carrier. For São Paulo (Capital), the estimate is 2 to 4 business days. For other regions of Brazil, the deadline is 3 to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

The tracking code will be automatically sent to your registered email within 48 business hours after your item has been posted.
