SHIPPING IN BRAZIL

We traditionally ship our items via Correios (Brazilian Post Office). Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking code within 24 hours. With this code, you can track your delivery on the Correios website. If you have any questions, please contact us at (51) 9 8110-0914 (WhatsApp).

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

You may receive or participate in periodic FREE SHIPPING promotions. In such cases, your purchases will be dispatched via Correios using the PAC service.

Other cases:
For possible returns requiring a new dispatch due to a buyer's address error, for example, the shipping cost for the new dispatch will be charged to the buyer.

Promotion: Free shipping to South and Southeast regions for purchases starting from R$499.00 (Valid only within Brazilian territory).

Free shipping to North and Northeast regions for purchases starting from R$699.00 (Valid only within Brazilian territory).

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

All orders at Patrícia Maranhão are processed in US dollars and shipped from Brazil. We ship worldwide.

DELIVERY TIMES

Patrícia Maranhão uses Brazilian delivery services via Correios, DHL, or FEDEX to ship your orders. International delivery times can vary between 15 and 30 days depending on the destination and will be confirmed after dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is registered as shipped in the system, a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email address registered with your purchase. With this information, you can track your order's delivery on the Correios website.

IMPORT TAXES

Import taxes*, duties, or indirect and/or customs fees* of each destination country may be charged once the shipment arrives in the country. These fees are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
*These charges and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Patrícia Maranhão.

In the USA, taxes or import duties are usually not charged if your order is up to US$200. *This market information should be verified by the buyer, as we do not guarantee customs costs.
