DELIVERIES IN BRAZIL

Our works and accessories are shipped throughout the national territory, traditionally via Correios (Brazilian Postal Service). Once your piece is posted, the tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the delivery in real time.

Free National Shipping
As an invitation for you to experience our authentic design, we offer Standard Shipping as a courtesy for all orders in Brazil with a final value of R$ 299 or more. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage.*If you need to receive your piece urgently, express shipping options will be available for selection at the checkout stage.

Attention to Delivery Address
We ask for your attention when filling in the shipping details. If the order returns to our studio due to an error in the address registered by the buyer, the cost of the new shipping fee for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (WORLDWIDE SHIPPING)

We send our art all over the planet.
All international orders at Patrícia Maranhão are processed in US Dollars (USD) and dispatched directly from our studio in Brazil to the world.

Deadlines and Carriers
We use top-tier logistics services, such as Correios and DHL. The international delivery time generally ranges between 20 and 40 business days, depending on the destination country, and will be confirmed shortly after posting.

Tracking
As soon as your order is invoiced and dispatched, a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email registered during the purchase.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Import taxes and customs duties may be applied by the local government once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Patrícia Maranhão.
*Note for customers in the USA: Normally, shipments valued under US$ 200 are exempt from customs duties. However, we recommend that the buyer checks the current import rules of their respective country, as we do not guarantee any customs cost forecasts.
