DELIVERIES IN BRAZIL

Our artworks and accessories are shipped throughout the national territory, traditionally via Correios (Brazilian Post Office). After your item is posted, the tracking code will be sent to your email within 24 hours, allowing you to track the delivery in real-time.

National Free Shipping
As an invitation for you to experience our authentic design, we offer economy shipping as a courtesy for all orders in Brazil, with no minimum purchase value required.
*If you need to receive your item urgently, express shipping options will be available for selection at the payment stage.

Attention to Delivery Address
Please pay attention when filling in the shipping details. If the order returns to our studio due to an error in the address registered by the buyer, the cost of the new shipping for redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (WORLDWIDE SHIPPING)

We ship our art worldwide.
All international orders at Patrícia Maranhão are processed in United States Dollars (USD) and dispatched directly from our studio in Brazil to the world.

Delivery Times and Carriers
We use cutting-edge logistics services such as Correios, DHL, and FEDEX. International delivery times generally range between 15 and 30 days, depending on the destination country, and will be confirmed shortly after posting.

Tracking
As soon as your order is invoiced and dispatched, a tracking link will be automatically sent to the email registered at the time of purchase.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Import taxes and customs duties may be applied by the local government once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Patrícia Maranhão.
*Note to US customers: Typically, shipments valued under US$200 are exempt from customs duties. However, we recommend that the buyer verify the current import rules of their respective country, as we do not guarantee customs cost forecasts.
